How it works

Apply
Tell us who you are and how you’ll introduce Tahlib. We review every application, usually within a few working days.

Share your link or code
Once approved you get a link (tahlib.com/r/yourname) and a code restaurants can type at sign-up. Copy it, or share it on WhatsApp.

Restaurants start using Tahlib
They sign up free and try products. You see each one in your partner portal as it signs up, tries and pays.

You earn when they pay
Commission comes from what the restaurant actually pays for its subscription — and is paid to you by bank transfer.
What you earn
20% of subscription payments
On our standard terms you earn 20% of what each referred restaurant pays for its subscription, for its first 12 paid months. Commission is worked out after discounts and before tax. Your exact terms are confirmed in your partner agreement when you’re approved.
What doesn’t earn
Taxes, Communication Credits and messaging charges, unpaid invoices and refunded amounts. Free plans and trials earn once the restaurant starts paying.
What restaurants get
Restaurants you refer start on Tahlib Core — free for every location — with free trials of every product.
Tracking and payouts
- When someone opens your link, Tahlib remembers it for 30 days. If they create a restaurant account in that time, it’s your referral. A partner code typed at sign-up always counts.
- Your portal shows link visits, sign-ups, restaurants trying products and paying restaurants — and every amount you’ve earned, with the date it becomes ready to pay.
- Each commission becomes ready to pay 30 days after the restaurant pays, which covers refunds. We pay by bank transfer once your ready balance reaches AED 200.00 (or the equivalent minimum in your currency).
- You’re responsible for your own taxes. Where the law requires tax to be withheld, we tell you how much.
Questions
- Does it cost anything to join?
- No. Joining is free, and there is nothing to buy.
- Do I need to use Tahlib myself?
- No. Many partners are marketers, agencies or consultants who work with restaurants. Signing up your own restaurant through your own link does not earn commission.
- How much will I earn?
- That depends entirely on the restaurants you refer and what they choose to pay for. There is no guaranteed income.
- What if a restaurant cancels or is refunded?
- Commission stops when payments stop. If a payment is refunded, the commission on it is reversed.
- What happens if two partners refer the same restaurant?
- A partner code typed at sign-up counts first; otherwise the last partner link the restaurant opened before signing up. One restaurant has one partner.
- Can I see who I referred?
- Yes — the business name and how far each restaurant has come. Not their owners’ details or their finances.
